
George Rawlins was born and raised in southeastern Ohio. He has a BA from Ohio University, attended the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and earned an MFA from the University of California, Irvine. He has recent poems in Chiron Review, The Common, Illuminations, New Critique (UK), Mudfish, Nine Mile, Plainsongs, and Spinning Jenny. He lives in California and works in the Silicon Valley. His poetry collection Cheapside Afterlife is forthcoming in September 2021.
